AUSTRALIA-WIDE SHIPPING

SMALL GOODS

Small Goods orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia within 3 business days.

All orders are processed with Australia Post using their express shipping service.

Expected delivery:

Sydney  2-3 working days

Interstate 2-4 working days

GLASS GOODS

ALL GLASS PRODUCTS ARE MADE TO ORDER

Due to the hand-made nature of our Glass products, please allow up to 6 weeks to receive your oder.

Our delivery provider for Glass Goods varies depending on availability. You will be notified of your estimated delivery date and provider once your oder is completed.

Delivery times are subject due to availability with our providers. You will be advised of your estimated delivery date once your items have been collected.

We do not ship internationally at this point in time. If you would like to arrange international shipping for smaller goods excluding glass products, please email [email protected]

KEVE RETURNS POLICY

SMALL GOODS

We offer a 30-day exchange period from the date of delivery on smaller products excluding glass tables.

Items must be returned intact in their original, unused condition.

Please email [email protected] with your order number to make arrangements to return your items. Make sure to pack the return pieces as securely as possible, preferably in the same packaging you received them.

Any additional shipping and postage charges are your responsibility.

KEVE is not responsible for any breakages of return items. Once the items have been received in original condition, we will assess and exchange if necessary. Any items showing signs of use are not eligible for exchange or credit.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds due to change of mind. 

GLASS GOODS

KEVE glass tables are only eligible for replacement should they be delivered damaged. Adequate proof must be provided in the form of image/video.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds on glass tables due to change of mind. 

If your item is damaged or defective upon delivery, please email us within 3 days with images of your damaged item and the packaging.

WARRANTY

KEVE  guarantees that all products sold are free from manufacturing faults and defects for a period of 12 months from the date of original delivery. In the event that a product is proven to be defective, you are entitled to the restoration of the goods through repair or replacement, whichever is decided as being the most efficient and effective remedy.

It should also be noted that the guarantee does not cover:

  • Any breakage caused by negligent and/or improper use of the goods
  • Changes caused by normal wear and tear, Any damage caused by lack of and/or erroneous maintenance
  • Any damage due to an accident or force
  • Degradation of finish caused by environmental factors
